Delivery
Most of the products displayed on our site include free shipping anywhere in Canada.
Shipping
The vast majority of orders received before noon (12:00) will be shipped the same day. Packages are shipped without signature confirmation. The delivery driver will leave your package in a safe place if you are unable to receive it. Please note, however, that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please keep this number safe as you will need it to track the progress of your order.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or GLS Canada. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number so you can track your package.

Returns and replacements
If we are responsible for an error with your order, we will exchange the item. You have 30 days to notify us of the problem.
If you are responsible for the error in your order, you can return the item for an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You have 30 days to notify us of the issue. You can also take the item to an authorized retailer in your area.

When you place an order on our website, you also create a customer account. You can then log in to your account and view your transaction history. Your customer account allows you to keep your information up to date: delivery address, credit card number, and email address.
