Delivery
Most products displayed on our site include free shipping anywhere in Canada at no additional cost.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post and GLS Canada. You choose the address that suits you best: home, office or a family member, and off you go! Once the order is on its way, you can track it using our order tracking. Please note, however, that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery.

We do not share any private information with any other company. It is of no interest to us to share our customers' information.

In the event that we are responsible for the error on your order, we will exchange the item and send you the correct product at no cost to you.
In case you are responsible for the error on your order, you will have to return the item ordered in error and pay only the shipping costs. We will be happy to credit you the amount of the item ordered. It is also possible to bring the item to one of our authorized resellers in your area.
Orders
The vast majority of orders received before noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Delivery is made 24 to 48 hours later depending on the delivery method chosen. Packages are delivered ''No Signature Required'' which means that the delivery person can leave your package in a safe place in case you are not home to receive it. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order number. Keep this number as it will be useful to track the progress of your order.
